Position:Private Equity Associate Company Industry:BPO Company Office Address:Pasay City Work Schedule:Nightshift Work Set Up:Hybrid Work Set Up (2-4x in a month work on site) Job Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in handling private equity as well as in Portfolio Accounting Amenable to work on a night shift work schedule. Job Descriptions: Negotiating, managing, and supervising credit facilities, NAV-based financing, and subscription-based financing. Oversee the middle office team for transaction closure.
