COMPANY PROFILE With more than 20 years of experience in the industry, this BPO company specializes in supporting back‑office operations and healthcare services. Their goal is to provide clients with efficient and cost‑effective solutions without compromising on quality. POSITION Private Equity Associate DETAILS Industry: Financial Services Location: Pasay City Work Schedule: Night Shift (9:00 PM‑6:00 AM) Salary: Php 85,000‑90,000 Setup: Hybrid (2‑4 times a month) JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree holder in Accounting and Finance At least 1‑3 years of experience in Private Equity Experience in private fund accounting is an advantage Amenable to attend interviews Can start as soon as possible JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Manage private equity funds, including negotiating, overseeing, and managing credit as required. Handle team transactions, encompassing cash management and reconciliation processes. Lead company performance reporting and act as the primary point of contact. Collaborate with finance and investment teams on quarterly reporting and overall team performance. Provide support for special projects and ad‑hoc requests, including investor updates.
