Cashier Sales Consultant – SM Clark Branch, Pampanga

Position overview: The Sales Associate/Sales Consultant will provide excellent customer service, guide clients to the right products, and help the store achieve its sales targets. This role emphasizes building customer loyalty, promoting merchandise, and supporting smooth daily store operations.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist customers to create a positive shopping experience.
  • Increase sales through engagement, upselling, and sharing product knowledge.
  • Stay informed about product details, features, and current promotions.
  • Build strong relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Support customer needs from pre-sale to after-sales.
  • Assist in organizing or supporting promotional events.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient store operations.
Qualifications
  • High School graduate or currently enrolled in college; college degree preferred where stated.
  • At least 6 months of experience in sales or retail is preferred.
  • Adaptable team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Committed to providing excellent customer service.
  • Available to start immediately; willing to work on-site.
  • Open to training in Manila (where applicable).
