About the Role As Jr. Credit Investigator , you will report administratively to the Credit Officer in the areas of credit investigation and appraisal, along with other duties assigned to assist the Credit Officer and Operations Head. How you'll contribute Conduct ocular inspections of equipment delivered, verifying against submitted invoices, delivery receipts, and purchase orders; prepare appraisal reports as needed. Coordinate with SBC CIAD on inspections and appraisals of highly technical assets (as needed). Maintain records and backup files related to inspection and appraisal of leased assets for BCP. Conduct trade checks and verification reports for various clients and suppliers related to the subject account. Input and submit equipment details in the SafeTNet software/program of BAP Credit Bureau. Coordinate with FinCon and Operations Officer regarding Net Book Value and Netto-Close figures for clients requesting pre-termination of leased equipment. What we’re looking for Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree. At least 1 year of relevant work experience. Driver's license is an advantage.
