Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, conceptualize, and execute social media content plans and posting calendars for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Create consistent and compelling content (images, videos, captions) to increase audience engagement and promote the products.
• Manage high-volume daily posts, community responses, and overall brand presence on social platforms.
• Collaborate with vloggers, influencers, and live-sellers for strategic partnerships and User-Generated Content (UGC).
• Plan and implement Facebook Ads and other digital marketing campaigns aligned with clinic goals.
• Capture, edit, and publish high-quality images and videos of services, client testimonials, and behind-the-scenes activities.
• Design promotional materials using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools for online and offline use.
• Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads, conversions) and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Stay updated on social media trends, competitor activities, and platform algorithm changes to adapt strategies effectively.
• Assist in event promotion, marketing campaigns, and in-store promotional activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field is a plus (not required).
• At least 1 year of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation
• Strong copywriting and content planning skills.
• Hands-on experience with Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok content and Ads Manager.
• Proficient in Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop.
• Skilled in photography and videography
• Experience working with influencers and managing UGC campaigns.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset and familiarity with tracking campaign performance and marketing KPIs.

Job Summary:

• Create accurate and timely designs and creative graphic lay-outs that meet the specific guidelines and requirements of business units supported.
• Managing the printing process of all the materials needed by all business units.
• Extensive contact with customers and colleagues by telephone, e mail and in person in relation to the on-line marketing and recruitment of all business units.
• Maintains the marketing relationship with social media engagement, such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram, responding to customer questions and proliferating key marketing messages.
• Designs, manages, and monitors electronic mail shots, including writing content for a variety of Marketing materials, media, and audiences.
• Works closely with the marketing team and IT to enhance the online brand visibility of the company .
• Assists in developing plans and delivers per SBU's social media marketing communication strategy, within the context of the overall marketing strategy, and provides a consistent direction for the institutions e-marketing activities as well as service monitoring activities.
