Job Description

• Data Entry & Recordkeeping: input financial transactions into accounting software; maintain organised filing systems for invoices, receipts, and reports.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: assist in processing vendor payments and customer invoices; monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Payroll Support: help prepare payroll summaries and verify timesheets; assist in calculating pro-rated pay, deductions, and statutory contributions.
• Reconcile bank statements and expense reports; support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Compliance & Audit Preparation: ensure documentation aligns with internal policies and government regulations; assist in preparing materials for audits.
• Administrative & Team Support: coordinate with HR and operations for cross-functional tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accountancy or Business Management or Banking and Finance (or equivalent)
• At least 1 year of experience in an accounting department; fresh graduates may apply in some postings
• Knowledge of BIR compliance; familiarity with accounting software is a plus
• Ability to work onsite in Cavite and reside in Cavite area (some postings offer staff housing if outside Cavite)
