Solution Architect We’re hiring a Solution Architect to design and drive the architecture of our client's global Enterprise Service Management (ESM) and Monitoring platforms . This role defines strategy, ensures scalability and integration, and partners with stakeholders and delivery teams to enable world‑class IT service operations. Responsibilities Define and maintain the ESM & Monitoring architecture, roadmap, and standards. Translate business needs into scalable, future‑proof solutions. Partner with global stakeholders to align on strategy, compliance, and best practices. Optimize vendor/platform usage for maximum business value. Key KPIs Platform availability, stability, and performance Number of successful, on‑time implementations Reduction in incidents / improved MTTR Reusability & scalability of delivered solutions Qualifications 10+ years in ITSM/ESM, with strong architectural background (ServiceNow, BMC, Jira SM, or similar). ITIL 4 and architecture certifications preferred. Proven ability to design and govern large‑scale service platforms. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
