Position Overview As a Solution Architect in our Professional Services delivery function, you will meet clients and deliver RPA solutions across multiple projects, designing, developing, testing, and delivering robotic processes built within UiPath. You will be client‑facing, building successful relationships between TQA and its clients, and supporting internal business targets including profitability, customer satisfaction, and billable utilization. Key Responsibilities RPA design and development Design efficient robotic RPA processes alongside Business Analysts (BAs) Build quality robotic processes subject to code review by a Solution Architect and maintain compliance with TQA development standards Test processes end‑to‑end and perform User Acceptance Testing alongside clients Work with business analysts to understand process flows and assess automation feasibility Identify areas for optimization and suggest process improvements Deploy bots in production environments and monitor performance Conduct unit and integration testing to validate bots Provide post‑production support and maintenance of deployed bots Identify process exceptions and ensure smooth execution of automated workflows Liaise and communicate with clients regularly throughout the project lifecycle Build successful, close‑working relationships with clients Required Skills and Experience 3+ years of experience with comprehensive knowledge of UiPath standards & best practices Track record of successful UiPath process implementations Experience acting as a solution architect or developing processes autonomously with minimal input from an SA Excellent verbal and written communication with clients Ability to learn new skills quickly in a fast‑paced dynamic environment Experience supporting a delivery team and escalating incidents & concerns on a project High aptitude for creative problem solving and willingness to challenge & improve best standards & practices Strong time‑management skills Experience setting up UiPath infrastructure Previous experience with Document Understanding or Process Mining Experience with AI machine‑learning concepts Experience working with Agile Methodologies Experience working with DevOps Methodology through Azure DevOps Self‑motivated and competitive TQA is an equal‑opportunity employer.
