Responsibilities New merchant acquisition and selling the benefits to top home improvement contractors in the country Provide information to customers and place notes in the system indicating actions taken or needed; ensure detail for auditing, reporting and customer experience purposes Ensure accurate security procedures are followed on all e‑commerce customer interactions Deliver outstanding service to high‑value customers and grow customer relationships Act as a product knowledge specialist Ensure adherence to all operations and compliance procedures Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of successful sales experience, preferably in a consultative, phone‑based sales role Proven track record of sales success with the ability to detail your success Experience conducting a high volume of cold calls to prospects via outbound phone calls Solutions‑oriented approach Salesforce, MS Office Suite, and PC technical skills Experience using dialing/cadence software such as Outreach or SalesLoft preferred Ability to work from home and conduct calls in a dedicated quiet workspace Preferred qualifications Successful sales experience, preferably in a consultative, phone‑based sales role Benefits and culture Be part of a team that is at the cutting edge of AI, automation, and digital innovation.
