We’re looking for a detail-oriented Social Media Marketing VA who can help manage and monitor paid advertising campaigns while supporting the broader marketing team with reporting and execution. Role Overview The Social Media Marketing Virtual Assistant will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads. This role is ideal for someone who loves digging into performance data, spotting trends, and ensuring campaigns run smoothly every day. You’ll work closely with internal teams to maintain ad performance, update documentation, and assist with campaign setup and optimization. Key Responsibilities Paid Ads Monitoring & Reporting Track daily performance of Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns Pull key performance metrics (CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports Flag issues such as sudden cost spikes, drops in conversions, or ad disapprovals Maintain dashboards, spreadsheets, and performance logs Campaign Execution Support Assist with campaign setup (audiences, placements, budgets, tracking) Upload assets, update ad copy, and help organize creative materials Perform basic optimizations as instructed (budget shifts, pausing underperformers, etc.) Conduct research on competitors, audiences, and industry trends Marketing Admin & Coordination Keep campaign documentation and SOPs updated Maintain organized folders for creatives, reports, and ad assets Support team members with marketing-related admin tasks as needed Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing or paid ads support Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Strong analytical skills and comfort working with dashboards and data Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics, tracking, and reporting Bachelor’s degree preferred Excellent written and spoken English Highly organized with strong attention to detail Reliable high‑speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps) Stable electricity for uninterrupted remote work Why Join SimpleAssist?
