Schedule: Monday – Friday (9PM - 6AM/10PM – 7AM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required
  • At least 4+ years of experience on a similar role
  • Expertise in investment principles, asset allocation and portfolio management
  • Background in banking and/or financial services industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Nice To Have

  • Familiarity with Excel VBA is a plus for tasks involving automation and streamlining coding processes
  • CFA
What will you do?

Client Reporting & Presentations

  • Draft and update client investment presentations, encompassing performance reports and market analysis
  • Maintain and update forecasting models for private investment portfolio

Investment Database & Performance Monitoring

  • Manage the Private Investment Database, ensuring accurate cash flow reconciliation and asset value tracking
  • Perform diagnostic analysis and create rebalancing plans on client portfolios and execute Monte Carlo simulations for risk assessment

Investment Compliance & Operations

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including AML/KYC
  • Coordinate with custodians for accurate cost basis reconciliation
  • Manage private investment subscriptions and account openings
