The Impact: The Application Associate will be accountable for Research and Client Operations Group, including Client Support, Content Research, Operations & Testing within a specified industry sector or a cross-industry group to accelerate data quality and timeliness, improve operational efficiency, reduce error rates, improve support survey scores, and drive revenue increases.

What we are looking for (Basic Qualifications):

• Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required.
• Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting/Banking, Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or equivalent.
• 1+ year of related experience (fresh grads considered).
• Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel proficiency.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; knowledge of MS Office and databases is a plus.
• Interest in finance industry and willingness to learn.
• Fluency in English; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Amenable to Morning / APAC Shift.

Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree or CFA is a plus; VBA knowledge; Salesforce or similar CRM experience.
