Overview

Travel Specialist (Travel Account – GDS) – WNS Pasig, National Capital Region, Philippines. Onsite 100% at WNS Eastwood Site.

Responsibilities
  • Must be amenable to work 100% onsite in WNS Eastwood Site.
  • Proficiency in one or more GDS systems (Worldspan, Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus, and Apollo).
  • Thorough understanding of International/US Domestic Ticketing, Exchange, Refunds, Hotel, and Car booking.
  • Good knowledge about OBT (Concur, Get there etc.).
  • Efficient knowledge of IATA World Geography, including TC Areas, Global Indicator, and Type of Journey.
  • Ability to interpret Fare calculation lines on GDS ticket images.
  • Capability to perform Manual fare calculations for Partial Exchange and Partial Refund scenarios.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with comprehension of US and UK accents.
  • Capacity to provide optimal solutions to travelers during after-hours or emergency situations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Approachable, cooperative, and a team player, able to garner trust and support from team members and peers.
  • Proficient in Customer Service Skills for managing corporate travellers.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in one or more GDS systems (Worldspan, Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus, Apollo).
  • At least 2 years of experience/knowledge in one or more GDS applications (Sabre, Worldspan, Apollo, Amadeus, or Galileo).
  • Thorough understanding of International/US Domestic Ticketing, Exchange, Refunds, Hotel, and Car booking.
  • Good knowledge about OBT (Concur, Get there etc.).
