About The Role
As a Customer Web Design , you are key in guiding clients through the onboarding phase. This involves tailoring websites to match their specific preferences, offering expert advice on enhancing their online visibility, and helping them maximize direct bookings. Additionally, you ensure their complete satisfaction while facilitating seamless product adoption, making their experience with us as smooth and successful as possible.
Your mission

• Engage directly with our new customers, comprehensively understanding their requirements and translating them into the website-building process (e.g., using an internal tool), upholding commitments to time and quality.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout, accelerating their path to early success with their websites.
• Collaborate seamlessly with our Account Executives and Customer Onboarding teams, leveraging their expertise as needed.
• Establish effective connections with domain providers and webmasters to gather essential domain-related information.
  

About You

• You have outstanding communication skills, both spoken and written in English.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Web Designer.
• At least 1 year of experience in the Travel industry.
• Your strengths lie in excellent communication skills and a high level of empathy, allowing you to see things from the customer's perspective consistently.
• While your interests lie in graphic design, web design, or the tech environment, your unwavering commitment is always centered on customer service. Bonus points if you have prior experience in customer-facing roles.
• Your inherent qualities include exceptional organizational skills and the ability to plan and execute your tasks independently.
• You are driven to excel and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
