IT Asset Management Associate

We are seeking an IT Asset Management Associate to join our team. The role involves:
- Performing warehousing and storekeeping tasks, including receiving, handling, storing, recording, issuing, and delivering stocks/materials.
- Ensuring all inventory activities are accurately encoded in the system to maintain precise inventory data.
- Assisting in physical inventories and counts, and reconciling inventory variances.
- Tagging company assets and supplies.
- Verifying and conducting quality inspections of all incoming and outgoing assets and supplies.
- Preparing accurate and complete inventory reports.
- Implementing good warehouse practices.
- Performing other duties as assigned to support the overall objectives of the position.
- Processing asset deployment and retrieval via incident and request tickets.
- Collaborating with IT support teams for asset maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Maintaining thorough documentation of all IT asset management activities, including acquisition, deployment, maintenance, and disposal records.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
- Knowledge of asset management tools.
- Understanding of asset management principles and practices.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Willing to report onsite and work night shifts.
This position is based in Bacolod, Western Visayas, Philippines.
