Responsibilities Provide high-quality technical assistance to staff and clients to ensure smooth usage of internal and client-facing software tools. Answering technical support inquiries regarding Slack, Salesforce, Monday.com, G-Suite products such as Gmail, VPN, TeamViewer and the like. Train staff and clients on various Theoria technical product usage and software. Other responsibilities as assigned by senior leadership. Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (certified). At least 3 years of experience working with Zendesk or comparable customer support ticketing software. Extremely detail-oriented and organized. Self-starter. Fluent in English both writing and comprehension. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Windows and Apple operating systems. Experience working in a fast-paced and changing environment with strong communication skills to collaborate with the team and drive high adoption of systems and processes. Able to work night shifts and holidays. Compensation and Benefits 2 rest days per week 13th Month Pay HMO coverage Schedule Holidays Monday to Friday Shift system Weekends Employee must be able to perform the essential functions of this position satisfactorily, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
