Continuous Improvement & Governance Lead Join to apply for the Continuous Improvement & Governance Lead role at QBE Insurance . Overview The purpose of this role is to oversee and enhance People operations by driving continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring accurate representation of people data in the Workday system, and advising People teams on process improvements. The role also involves managing and coordinating activities for the People administration team to meet customer needs and business requirements effectively. Responsibilities Contribute to Strategy & Operations' continuous improvement design processes. Assist, create and recommend continuous improvement strategy for the assigned work stream. Support continuous improvement initiatives from idea generation to implementation. Maintain the procedure manual for the areas of responsibility. Track the volume of exceptions for the development of a data quality dashboard. Provide regular reporting on data exceptions, errors, and issues resolved to stakeholders. Work with teams to plan, prioritise, and schedule Applications Minor Enhancements and Development. Analyse workflow to create process maps and identify areas for improvement. Manage the new joiner and leaver process to ensure a seamless and error-free experience. Manage the People Administration team to align with business needs and performance standards. Work Experience Necessary Work Experience includes: Some relevant work experience. Preferred Work Experience includes: Previous line management experience. Strong administration experience. Experience of working in Human Resources in a commercial organisation, ideally financial services. Sufficient experience to apply/modify existing methods and systems on own initiative in line with business context. Project coordination experience. Virtual teaming experience. Experience working on Green Belt Projects. People leader experience. Qualifications Preferred Qualifications include: Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
