Recruitment Admin Assistant | Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA) The Project Manager (Constructor) is responsible for managing all aspects of new site developments and upgrades of WrkPod facilities in Bacolod and Iloilo for a 6 month duration. This includes preparing and presenting detailed project scopes for management sign-off, planning and overseeing construction activities, and ensuring compliance with Philippine laws and regulations. Overview The Project Manager (Constructor) oversees construction and renovation projects from scoping to handover, ensuring safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and alignment with company operations. Key Responsibilities 1. Project Scoping & Planning Conduct site assessments before finalizing project scope. Align construction objectives with company operations. Develop draft project plans to set clear expectations for stakeholders and the construction team. Manage all phases of construction and renovation from start to final handover. Supervise and coordinate contractors, vendors, and subcontractors. Monitor project progress, resolve delays/issues, and provide management updates. Ensure compliance with safety standards and WrkPod construction policies. 3. Regulatory Compliance & Permitting Secure all necessary local government permits (building, zoning, occupancy, environmental). Ensure full compliance with Philippine construction laws and regulations. Coordinate with regulatory bodies, architects, engineers, and consultants. Manage DOLE and OSH compliance (submissions, inspections, documentation). 4. Budgeting & Cost Control Track expenses and maintain financial discipline throughout the project. Provide cost estimates and manage procurement of materials, labor, and services. Identify risks, prevent cost overruns, and maintain a Risk Register alongside project plans. 5. Quality Assurance & Handover Conduct regular quality inspections against WrkPod standards. Oversee testing and commissioning of facility systems (electrical, HVAC, security, etc.). Prepare and deliver complete handover documentation (as-built plans, compliance certificates). 6. Reporting & Documentation Provide regular progress reports to the Operations Manager and senior leadership. Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of project practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Certification/training in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in building construction, site development, or renovations. Strong knowledge of Philippine construction laws, permits, and regulations. Proven experience securing permits and working with LGUs and regulatory agencies. Excellent skills in project planning, contractor management, budgeting, and risk control. Must-have: 5+ years PH construction management experience, permit handling, DOLE/OSH knowledge. Nice-to-have: PMP/PRINCE2 certification.
