Job DescriptionWe are in need of a Customer Support Associate. This is a full-time onsite role with the following responsibilities and qualifications:
- Responsibilities:
- Phone or Live chat shifts; help customers by understanding queries and providing solutions
- Search Knowledgebase and FAQ for relevant information to provide solutions
- Communicate with Operations or KYC teams via internal ticketing system when input is needed
- Escalate tickets to internal teams when needed
- Email shifts; process emails from oldest to newest
- Attend coaching sessions set up by Team Lead or QA and client-provided training
- Qualifications:
- Customer Service experience in a BPO with at least 6 months
- Strong English understanding; able to work with English tooling and Knowledge Base
- Ability to multi-task and stay responsible in challenging situations
- Adaptable to fast-paced environment and changes
- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ownership of contact to provide resolution; able to give and receive feedback
- Growth mindset and willingness to learn
- Basic computer skills with typing speed of 40 WPM and 100% accuracy
