Responsibilities Manage daily sales administrative tasks Prepare and generate reports based on sales process Ensure that required documents for proposal and bidding purposes are complied prior submission to client Assist in preparation of matrix of benefits and other sales reports Assist in preparation of presentation modules Accompany the Sales team during product presentation to client, if necessary Monitoring of submission of requirements for proposals and closed accounts Preparation of required reports Timely submission of reports to business heads Prepare transmittal for all outgoing documents under sales Performs other duties as assigned.
