You’ve worked in fast-paced environments such as PE-backed, VC-backed, or founder-led companies. Technical Skills Proficient with Wrike, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms. Skilled in documentation, dashboards, and operational reporting. Non-Negotiables Strong communication skills with the ability to hold executives accountable while maintaining trust. Detail-oriented, process-driven, and results-focused. Bonus Points CAPM, PMP, or Agile/Scrum certification. Experience driving cross-functional execution across global teams.
