Job Title: E-Commerce Administrator

Location: On-site – Bacolod City, Negros Occidental, Philippines

Salary: PHP 15,000 – 18,000/month + Commission

Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing online product listings, monitoring sales, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for customers.

• Manage and update product listings on various e-commerce platforms
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team for stock availability
• Process online orders accurately and efficiently
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent support
• Assist with promotional campaigns, pricing updates, and online marketing activities
• Prepare sales reports and provide insights on performance trends
• Ensure all product content (images, descriptions, specs) is accurate and up to date

• Previous experience in e-commerce administration or online store management preferred
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office and familiarity with online selling platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Shopify, Amazon, etc.)
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
• E-commerce administration: 2 years (Preferred)
• Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)
