Responsibilities
  • Participate in monthly/quarterly/annual reporting, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and preparation of reports and dashboards for management and stakeholders.

  • Lead or participate in special projects, process improvements, and ad hoc requests to support business stakeholders and management teams.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field; CPA is a plus.
  • 4-10+ years of related experience in financial planning and analysis, costing, budgeting, management reporting, or related finance roles (varies by posting).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret financial data and communicate clearly to senior management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and finance systems (e.g., SAP, HFM, TM1/Cognos); experience with BI tools such as Power BI is a plus.
  • Experience with costing, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling; ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a matrix environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
