Duties and Responsibilities
  • Extraction, validation & data transformation
  • Create transformation scripts and build the data model
  • Build KPIs to highlight use-cases specific to processes & client requirements (Finance, Supply Chain, Talent and HR, Procurement, Sales Operations)
  • Build analyses to visualize predefined KPIs/metrics as per the agreed process
  • Lead conversations with clients/stakeholders during requirement gathering and technical query resolution
  • Adapt and learn new features added as part of product enhancement
  • Provide guidance and training to junior data engineers/dashboard developers
  • Document learnings and best practices from previous projects
Qualifications
  • Graduate from a 4-year course related to Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Economics or Information Systems
  • At least 4 years of experience in SQL-based data extraction and modelling
  • Knowledge of programming languages/BI tools (e.g., Celonis, Tableau, Power BI)
Experience
  • SQL: 4 years (preferred)

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prepare analytical and trend reports, create graphics, and provide stakeholder-ready material
  • Analyze ticketing data to provide actionable insights
  • Visualize digital analytics to show valuable data-driven insights using BI tools
  • Participate in operational projects and assist in achieving project goals and deadlines
  • Design dashboards and other reporting tools for internal stakeholders
  • Identify business challenges with stakeholders and provide analytics using statistical methods
  • Familiarity with relevant KPIs
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses and financial modeling to support key initiatives
  • Perform advanced modeling on medium to large data sets
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in Data Analytics
  • Hands-on experience in R and Python
  • Experience with a BI/Visual Analytics Tool (Tableau or similar)
  • Experience with SQL/database toolset (SQL Server, MySQL)
Experience
  • Data Analytics: 2 years (preferred)

Job Description

This position is responsible for providing adequate management information systems and analytics support to assess the overall portfolio health & quality based on key delinquency and risk indicators and to support analytics for risk-based collection strategies across all consumer products.

Basic qualifications
  • Graduate of a 4-year college degree, preferably related to business management, economics, banking and finance, statistics, mathematics
  • Preferably exposed in credit risk management and analysis, credit life cycle and lending operations within banking
  • At least 2 years’ experience in Collections Management, and Portfolio Management
  • Knowledge of internal policies and applicable regulations
