We’re currently looking for a Partner Operations Analyst . The successful candidate will work across multiple departments to support sales segment leaders and representatives by providing process initiatives and insights that can be used in forming a sales strategy. This analyst will start primarily crafting structured operational processes, management reports and business dashboards, monitor daily sales operations, and assess periodical performance.

  • Periodical Operations Performance Monitoring: Dashboard, reports, and metrics monitoring.
  • Actively Drive Project Status: Reporting and detailed assessment on key steps: issue identification, problem statement, process flows, gap analysis, solution recommendations, and risk management.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Facilitate meetings and project work across multiple locations including global offices whilst establishing relationships, prioritizing tasks, and driving project achievements from project concept to closure. Collaborate with leaders across different departments to improve existing dashboards and reports, provide analytics of data, build new management tools, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend decisions on key operational concerns.
  • Project Management and Analysis: This role requires strong database manipulation and analytical skills, project management skills, and the ability to undertake projects with multi-functional teams focused on improving operational efficiency and maximizing sales opportunities.
  • Handling Channel Ops Cases: Partner account updates, manage distribution of leads, and enhance existing processes.

To succeed in this role, you must have experience in:

  • 1 year experience in any sales operations, business process design and/or consulting experience.
  • Strong analytical, organization, problem-solving and follow-through skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in Partner Management: Strong understanding of channel processes, ideally with experience or a background in partner management.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to work on large databases and synthesize them into useful reports and dashboards.
  • Tools Experience: Expertise in Google Suite (Sheets, Forms, other integrations) and Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent oral and written communication skills including listening and presentation skills.
  • Organization and Multi-tasking: Ability to efficiently prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and target dates simultaneously.
  • Project Management Skills: Experience documenting processes using project management methodologies.
  • Night Shift: Willing to work on night shift and/or shifting schedules (US Hours).
  • Work Set-up: Willing to work on a hybrid setup (10-11 days in office per month, Cubao or Ortigas).
