On-Site | Full-Time | Day Shift About the Role You’ll play a part in supporting both the office and field-operations teams in our construction business. You’ll help ensure that our field activities run smoothly by handling scheduling, documentation, procurement and coordination tasks. What You Will Be Doing Schedule crews and update labour needs with the Operations Manager, tracking days, sites and supervisors. Manage job files: create and maintain folders for scopes, permits, variations, photos and close‑outs. Onboard subcontractors: check licences and work‑rights, issue checklists, coordinate site mobilisations. Update job management software: move jobs from quote‑approved to ready‑for‑invoicing, log variations and verify completion. Assist with purchasing: raise purchase orders for tools/PPE/materials, monitor deliveries and reconcile invoices. Coordinate logistics for equipment, site plant, skip bins and ensure teams have required assets. Monitor and raise issues early: record incidents, propose solutions and elevate when needed. What We’re Looking For At least 2 years of experience in admin, project coordination or construction‑support roles. Knowledge of construction or field service operations is a plus (demolition, service crews, site work). Strong documentation and compliance mindset: accurate, timely and detail‑oriented. Comfortable using MS Excel, Word, cloud systems and preferably job‑management software like Ascora. Excellent organiser: managing multiple projects/crews, prioritising tasks, working well with different teams. Good written and verbal communication, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving. #J-18808-Ljbffr
