Job Summary
The Sales Support Officer leads engagement efforts to create opportunities for the Sales Account Management team to present the Salary Loan Program to key decision-makers in companies.

Job Duties And Essential Functions
  • Maintain engagement cycles for all leads in the prospective company client database from the first contact by the Account Management team.
  • Engagement cycles include calls, SMS, and email communications.
  • Assist in lead generation by researching potential companies online for email, SMS, and call outreach.
  • Monitor the status and progress of all leads, ensuring that company contact details are up-to-date.
  • Schedule Salary Loan product presentations with appropriate company contacts, converting leads into actual presentations.
  • Maintain and update the company onboarding tracking system, including submission of accreditation requirements, MOA review and signing, and HR/employee training.
  • Ensure quality communication and coordination, building rapport with potential clients to facilitate product advocacy and move leads to the product presentation stage.
  • Organize and monitor the sales activity calendar to ensure proper planning, documentation, and timely execution of sales activities by the Account Management Team.
Key Performance Indicators
  • Convert prospective leads into business opportunities through product presentations.
  • Qualify and add new prospective company clients into the leads database.
  • Complete engagement cycles via calls, SMS, and email from the first contact.
  • Track and monitor the status of all leads in the database.
Activities
  • Generate and update the prospective client leads database from sales activities such as calls, caravans, and job fairs.
  • Maintain communication with company representatives to ensure submission of accreditation requirements.
  • Ensure completion of MOA upon submission of accreditation documents.
  • Update the onboarding monitoring sheet with accurate dates and progress.
  • Recommend improvements for structuring and organizing the leads database and internal monitoring lists.
  • Consolidate and organize the sales activity calendar for the team.
  • Support on-ground sales activities during caravans and job fairs as needed.
  • Assist with other sales-related activities and ad hoc tasks for the Salary Loans Group.
