Qualifications:
  • At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / Senior High School Graduate
  • College undergraduates and graduates are highly encouraged to apply
  • With or without BPO experience – fresh graduates are welcome
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Willing to work onsite at Concentrix Baguio
  • Amenable to shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays

As a Customer Service Representative , you will:

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
  • Provide support for billing, product, or technical concerns
  • Ensure an excellent customer experience while representing global brands
