Project Overview The objective of this project is to achieve comprehensive documentation of our HRIS ecosystem, specifically mapping the end-to-end data workflows and processes within its core modules. This documentation will serve as the critical foundation for future system optimization, compliance auditing, and stakeholder training. Primary Project Deliverables The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the following concrete outputs by the end of the contract period: A Complete Set of Data Flow Diagrams (DFDs): Visual mappings for all key HRIS modules (e.g., Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Services, Timekeeping, Payroll integrations) showing how data is created, transformed, stored, and disseminated. A Centralized Process Documentation Repository: A well-organized digital library containing: Process Maps: Detailed SOPs for critical business processes within the HRIS. Data Dictionary: Definitions, sources, formats, and ownership for all key data elements. Integration Specifications: Documentation of data exchanges between the HRIS and other systems (e.g., Finance, Active Directory). Gap Analysis Report: A summary document identifying inconsistencies, redundant processes, and data integrity issues discovered during the documentation process, with high-level recommendations. Key Responsibilities & Tasks Process & Workflow Analysis: Conduct interviews and workshops with HR subject matter experts (SMEs) and HRIS Developers to elicit and validate current-state processes. Business Use Case Development: Review, update, and write business use cases that accurately reflect current and future state HRIS processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and system capabilities. Data Mapping: Trace and document the lineage of data from point-of-entry through all transformations to final reporting and integration endpoints. Diagramming & Documentation: Utilize tools like Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, or other tools to create clear, easy-to-follow visual representations of complex systems. Stakeholder Validation: Present drafted documentation to stakeholders for feedback and sign-off, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Knowledge Transfer: Provide a final walk-through of the completed documentation repository to key team members at the project's conclusion. #J-18808-Ljbffr
