Overview

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Account Officer located in Balagtas. The Sales and Marketing Account Officer will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and executing sales strategies, creating marketing campaigns, and conducting market research. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, preparing sales proposals, coordinating with the marketing team to design promotional materials, and analyzing market trends to identify new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Manage client accounts and develop long-term relationships with key customers
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Create and coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional materials with the marketing team
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Meet with clients and prepare sales proposals
  • Analyze market trends and provide insights to improve business development efforts
Qualifications
  • Experience in Sales Management, Account Management, and Client Relationship Management
  • Skills in Market Research, Marketing Campaign Development, and Digital Marketing
  • Proficient in Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation
  • Strong Organizational and Time Management abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the logistics and transport industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and marketing tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
