• Monitor assigned accounts, maintaining accurate records and facilitating effective communication with sales teams.
• Employ negotiation skills to reduce delinquency for assigned accounts through proactive follow-up and efficient conflict resolution.
• Collaborate with sales and management to streamline the collection process when necessary.

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
