BIGO Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30-18:30 Job responsibilities Create and plan online and offline events, including seasonal events, core-community events, in-app talent events, while identifying new opportunities to increase engagement. Develop pre-event assets and provide clear, engaging outlines and instructions, ensure participation and alignment with event goals. Explain event benefits and rules effectively to maximize understanding and participation, collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen in-app involvement. Execute online and offline events, assist in post-event recaps and scoring. Ensure accurate evaluation of event outcomes and generate insight reports. Skills and Competencies Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain event rules, benefits, and guidelines to stakeholders. Creative problem solver: Proficiency in productivity and design tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, Google Sheets), and analytical thinking to draw insights and inform future event planning. Adaptability: Able to learn on the fly, multitask in a dynamic environment and embrace new challenges. Detail-oriented: High level of accuracy in data entry, reporting and record-keeping.
