Responsibilities
  • Assist the program manager research and deploy program / project management tool – Workfront
  • Assist RRX program manager refresh / update project management templates
  • Assist the Project Managers in executing the IT Application projects
  • Follow up on action items, issues to solutions, and ensure effective progress
  • Plan and schedule meetings, take meeting minutes, and assist in coordinating with global teams
  • Work with Project Managers in the US, India, and potentially other countries, contributing to our diverse and collaborative team
Qualifications
  • No specific educational background is required; we are seeking individuals who possess a strong aptitude for learning, are eager to tackle challenges, and demonstrate readiness to assume new responsibilities
  • Proven ability to build positive relationships, resolve conflicts, and effectively communicate with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is preferred
