Project Manager, Treasury Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Project Manager, Treasury. The position can be located in New Brunswick, NJ; Belgium; or Manila. Remote work options available. Job Function: Project/Program Management Group. Job Category: Professional. Job Sub Function: Technology Program/Portfolio Management. Responsibilities Operate as an independent contributor with understanding and appreciation of the FDTO Integrated Roadmap. Deliver strong presentation skills – communicate to broad, diverse audiences. Build and manage relationships across functional and geographic boundaries. Ensure schedules and workplans adhere to the standard SigniFi WBS structure and follow FDTO PMO playbook guidelines. Tie key activities, deliverables, milestones, and go‑lives to Global Finance business outcomes. Identify dependencies/interdependencies across the SigniFi program, including key external programs/projects (e.g., TransAct, Transcend). Maintain current, clear, concise, and accurate project status data according to the PMO weekly reporting cadence. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and efficacy of integrated reporting status reporting across the PMO and other governance forums. Qualifications Education: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance/Accounting, Information Management, or equivalent. Post‑graduate degree preferred. Professional project management certification (PMP) and/or diploma is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 5 years professional experience in project management. Detailed knowledge of project planning, tracking, portfolio scheduling tools, and RAID Log management. Planview experience preferred. Healthcare industry experience preferred. 5+ years of project management of enterprise‑wide implementations preferred. Finance processes and/or technology experience preferred.
