Overview We are an Australian lead generation digital marketing agency. We are seeking a Senior Google Search Ads and Meta Ads specialist to work Full-Time on Philippines-friendly times. Benefits Attractive marketing-based pay rate 10 days paid leave per year + AU public holidays + End of Year Xmas & NY office shut down holidays Full-time position with Philippines-friendly times M-F, 6AM - 2PM (Sydney time M-F, 9AM - 5PM) Work with friendly Philippines and Australian team members with daily video meetings and collaboration chats Employment security with a long-running digital marketing agency since 2007 Anniversaries and birthday Grab vouchers Requirements Strong communication skills in English Expert-level Google Ads skills Meta (Facebook) Ads experience Project management skills and attention to detail Good problem-solving skills Expert experience in Google Ads is essential Some experience in Meta Ads is required Responsibilities Google Ads Management – Set up, manage and optimize Google Ads for clients, focusing on lead generation and performance improvement. Facebook Advertising Management – Set up and manage Facebook Ads, optimize for performance and lead generation, work closely with Account Managers. Campaign improvements – Proactively help Account Managers to improve client campaigns by reviewing competitors, recommending landing page changes, creative changes, etc. Project Management – Create projects/tasks based on meetings and objectives and ensure tasks are completed. Reporting – Work closely with the Reporting Team to ensure Paid Media reports are accurate and useful. GTM and tracking – Set up GTM to track campaign performance. Go High Level Experience – Beneficial. Healthcare/dental industry experience – Beneficial. Additional Information You will need a good internet connection and a computer.
