Project Oversight, Safety, Quality, and Technical Compliance - Ensure contractor compliance with safety, quality, and technical standards in architectural work. - Oversee architectural construction activities, emphasizing safety, timeliness, and compliance. - Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance in architectural aspects. 2. Project Planning, Coordination, and Cost Control - Collaborate with the Construction Manager to develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation for architectural work. - Coordinate architectural project activities, ensuring alignment with project plans. - Implement control measures to manage the scope, time, and costs of architectural work. 3. Reporting and Documentation - Contribute to project progress reports, with a focus on architectural aspects. - Maintain construction documentation related to architectural aspects. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field - Possession of relevant professional certifications or licenses - Has an experience in construction project management with a focus on architectural work - In-depth knowledge of mechanical and plumbing systems, construction industry standards, regulations, codes, and best practices - Proficiency in construction management software and tools. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in project management, scheduling, and budgeting. - Continuous professional development to stay updated on industry trends. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Proactive and results-oriented mindset. - Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities. - Strong collaboration and teamwork skills. - Adaptability and resilience to navigate challenges in architectural construction.
