Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Pasig for a Tele-Collections Team Leader. The Tele-Collections Team Leader will manage and oversee the daily activities of the tele-collections team. Responsibilities include setting collection targets, monitoring team performance, implementing collection strategies, training and mentoring team members, and ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements. Additionally, the role involves handling escalated customer issues, coordinating with other departments, and preparing regular performance reports.
