Job Description

Cost Accounting Manager – Santa Rosa City, Laguna

Foodflow Inc. is seeking a Cost Accounting Manager to oversee the cost accounting functions. This full-time position focuses on driving financial efficiency and providing insights to support growth objectives.

What you'll be doing
  • Develop and maintain robust cost accounting systems and processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Analyze cost data, identify trends and variances, and provide recommendations to improve financial performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cost structures and drive cost-saving initiatives
  • Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies
  • Lead and mentor a team of cost accounting professionals
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the finance and accounting function
What we're looking for
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in the manufacturing or food production industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data
  • Proficient in cost accounting principles, budgeting, and financial reporting
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in leading and developing a team of accounting professionals
  • Thorough understanding of relevant accounting standards and regulations
