Job Description:

Ads Specialist:

- Plan, execute, and optimise online advertising campaigns.
- Utilise targeting options for specific audience segments.
- Monitor and report on the performance of ad campaigns.

Lead Management:

- Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
- Implement lead scoring systems for prioritisation.
- Nurture leads through the marketing funnel.

CRM Management:

- Manage and update customer information in CRM software.
- Analyse and report on customer data for segmentation and targeting.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure CRM alignment with sales processes.

Email Marketing:

- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns.
- Create compelling and targeted email content.
- Conduct A/B testing and optimise email performance.
