We are looking for a highly skilled Revit Architect to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping innovative, functional, and visually striking architectural projects. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys pushing creative boundaries, and brings advanced Revit and Lumion expertise to consistently deliver high-quality results.

You will lead the design and development process by producing detailed Revit-based drawing sets, conceptualizing innovative solutions, and conducting research to ensure every project is both functional and aesthetically exceptional. Our projects span mixed-use developments such as commercial buildings, hotels with integrated residential spaces, high-rise and mid-rise towers, complex or clustered developments, theaters, and large-scale land development.

• Architectural Drawing Production – Prepare detailed, accurate Revit drawings that comply with project requirements, codes, and industry standards.
• Design Concept Development – Translate client goals into creative design solutions and present concepts effectively to stakeholders.
• Research & Development – Explore emerging technologies, sustainable practices, and new methodologies to enhance design efficiency.
• Collaboration & Coordination – Work closely with engineers, consultants, and project teams to ensure seamless integration of design components.
• Quality Assurance – Review Revit models and documents for accuracy, consistency, and compliance before submission.
• Project Support – Assist in scheduling design milestones, preparing permit documentation, and supporting operational needs.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Licensed Architect preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of architectural experience, ideally with multifamily residential and mixed-use projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and BIM best practices, with strong expertise in Lumion for rendering (essential).
• Familiarity with U.S. building and zoning codes is an advantage.
• Experience managing small teams in the preparation of permit and construction documentation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, or computational design tools is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, detailing, building systems, and materials.
• Ability to work independently while excelling in team collaboration.
• High attention to detail with excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Willing to work full-time in the office located at Arcovia, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City (Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM).
