The Senior Architect will assist the Principal Architect in managing the Design Team for projects based in Pasig, National Capital Region, Philippines. Responsibilities Assist the Principal Architect in managing the Design Team. Prepare work schedules to meet project timelines. Collaborate with other teams (Business Development, Transport Planning, Quantity Surveying, MEPFS, and others) to meet project goals. Perform the duties of a designer following UAP regulations for Design, Construction, and Project Management. Check completeness and interpretation of Station Sizing and other design parameters as required by the project. Consult with the Principal Architect on major design issues and provide adequate resolutions. Ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality as per the Terms of Reference (TOR). Ensure design is within the Approved Design Parameters, TOR, and relevant Codes. Supervise and collaborate with Team Lead to guide junior architects/revit modelers, optimizing cost and sustainable materials usage. Highlight design issues to the Principal Architect and provide justifications for any deliverable slippage. Attend meetings, workshops, and relevant career-development trainings. Conduct Level 3 Internal Review Sheet (IRS) as part of the Design Review Process prior to releasing drawings to the client. Provide sound advice and solutions to design conflicts arising during the project. Conduct site visits and ocular inspections as necessary. Review inputs for Architectural Specifications (TS-500) and supporting Materials Board, as necessary. Keep up to date with latest design innovations and materials globally. Maintain project confidentiality and report any unauthorized sharing of drawings. Deliverables Provide insights into project progress with Gantt-chart style reporting and identify upcoming risks to ensure timely deliverables. Drawings in CAD and Revit with full support from Team Lead and junior architects. Production Drawing List and tracking of productivity hours per project timeline. Meeting notes endorsed to Document Control for tagging and recording. Weekly coordination and status reporting to the Principal Architect or Management as necessary. Profile / Skills Architectural or Creative Design background with Project Management experience. Effective communication skills (oral and written) for in-person and online meetings.
