About Our Client
The client is disrupting the direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands for the Philippines with the goal of creating the most popular and exciting consumer brands in the nutrition space
Job Description
Ensure outcomes and reach aggressive GMV, ROAS and P&L targets
Own P&L management, capital allocation, target setting, and budgeting responsibilities
Develop and define brand strategies with actionable plans for effective execution
Implement the commercial team's methodologies, playbooks, and key initiatives
Lead end-to-end product development projects, including research, pricing, testing, and launch
Conduct customer insights and research to inform brand strategies, product development, and
marketing efforts
Coordinate initiatives across functional teams within the commercial team
Collaborate closely with the company's CCO and CEO
The Successful Applicant
Experience (2-3 years) in brand management / ecommerce selling (DTC, Marketplaces, etc)
Experience (2-3 years) in the health, food supplement or beauty category
Experience in performance marketing is a plus
Experience in product development is a plus
Expertise in ecommerce
Talent for consumer branding
Excellent command of spoken and written English
