Control Analyst/Associate | Central Controls

Join our Central Controls team in Manila, part of the wider Non-Financial Risk team, where you will deliver a transformative program within the Commodities and Global Markets business.

What role will you play?

You will collaborate with operational risk management, technology, and business teams to implement solutions and strategic initiatives for the Commodities and Global Markets business. Using various data platforms and tools, you will promote a strong risk culture and supervision. You will be responsible for operational excellence across critical controls, managing delivery individually or in teams. Leveraging your experience with large enterprise data, you will create dashboards and develop Control Performance Indicators, Key Performance Indicators, and Key Risk Indicators.

What you offer
  • Degree and/or Masters in a quantitative field is advantageous
  • At least 3 years of controls or operations experience in financial institutions or similar organizations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with an inquisitive mindset
  • Experience in non-financial risk controls and reporting, including dashboard creation and visualization
  • Strong analytical skills to define solutions based on stakeholder input and align technical needs with business outcomes
  • Proficiency in SQL, PowerBI, Dataiku, Alteryx, or Python, with knowledge of data modeling methodologies being a plus
