Control Analyst/Associate

Join our Central Controls team in Manila, part of the wider Non-Financial Risk team, where you will deliver an exciting and transformative program within the Commodities and Global Markets business.

What role will you play?You will partner with operational risk management, technology, and business teams to implement solutions and strategic initiatives for the Commodities and Global Markets business. Using various data platforms and tools, you will foster a strong risk culture and supervision. As a hands-on problem solver with a strategic mindset, you will ensure operational excellence across critical controls by managing delivery individually or as part of a team. Leveraging your experience with large, complex enterprise data, you will create advanced dashboards and develop Control Performance Indicators, Key Performance Indicators, and Key Risk Indicators.
What you offer- Degree and/or Masters qualification in a quantitative subject is advantageous
- At least 3 years of relevant controls or operations experience in a financial institution or similar organization
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with an inquisitive mindset
- Experience in non-financial risk controls and reporting, including dashboard creation and visualization
- Strong analytical skills to define efficient solutions based on stakeholder input and translate technical needs into business outcomes
- Proficiency in SQL, PowerBI, Dataiku, Alteryx, or Python, with knowledge of data modeling methodologies is a plus
