Job Description

One of the largest conglomerates of consumer appliances and industrial solutions in the country is looking for a Finance Business Partner.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide support for planning, forecasting, actualization, reporting, and analysis activities.
  • Deliver accurate management reports, identify variances, trends, issues, risks, and opportunities in a timely manner.
  • Measure financial/operational performance against plan, prior year, and prior estimates.
  • Collaborate with all levels of the organization and act as central point of contact for financial information.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of information within set timelines.
  • Consolidate and roll up financials to generate full financials with reporting packages and analysis.
  • Prepare BU P&L with historical, actual, forecast, plan, and latest estimates.
  • Develop and improve financial templates and reporting tools; communicate changes clearly.
  • Load full financials for annual plans and monthly forecasts; ensure data alignment and accuracy.
  • Support the plan/forecast financial package as required.

Reporting & Analysis :

  • BU P&L reporting with awareness of end-to-end BU operations.
  • Prepare and provide analysis of volume, price, and mix; identify risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare reports on sales and margins, profitability, and customer profitability against targets.
  • Monitor standard cost components and compare rates to actuals, last year, and plan.
  • Validate information, margin analysis, and pricing logic; ensure cost increases are covered.
  • Organize templates, schedules, reports, and presentation materials for team use.
  • Assist in PowerPoint materials and other reporting packages for plan/forecast and management updates.
  • Maintain working templates and maintain linkages in shared folders for easy backup.
