Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role for a Strategic Finance Specialist located in Pasig. The Strategic Finance Specialist will perform day-to-day tasks including analyzing financial data, preparing financial statements, and overseeing accounting and finance operations. Additionally, the specialist will support strategic financial planning and provide insights to improve financial performance and decision-making.

Minimum Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Business Management; Major in Financial Management, Business Administration, Statistics, Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering; A CPA and/or Masters degree and certification in relevant
• At least 3 years of total working experience, with 2+ years focused on financial modeling
• Big 4 experience in corporate finance or due diligence is a strong advantage
• Background in finance or investment industry is preferred
• Proven ability to prepare and present financial reports to senior executives and stakeholders

Key Business and Technical Competencies:

• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
• Strong financial reporting capabilities and decision-support orientation

Communication & Presentation:

Responsible for managing the preparation and production of financial information related to one or more divisions.

Oversee and coordinate internal financial audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations.
