Job Description Responsibilities and expectations for this role include the following: Assist with the bookkeeping and reporting of funds and associated fund structures. Review of monthly and quarterly NAVs. Liaise with fund managers, brokers, and custodians to communicate information and resolve issues in a timely manner. Monitor and deliver finance & compliance related KPIs. Calculate/review management fees, equalization charges, and performance fees ensuring compliance with key documentation (LPA/PPM). Support ongoing management and development of the division as needed. Assist with the preparation and review of annual statutory financial statements. Ability to work with more complex fund structures. Provide relevant information to TA, the depositary, and the Fund Manager. Learn and implement best-practice use of private equity accounting software, reporting, and tools. Your Profile / Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in asset management (fund houses, fund administrators, or Big 4) is an asset. Strong understanding of IFRS is an asset. Proficient in Excel and Word; strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work as part of an international team; a positive, can-do attitude; team player.
