Job Highlights Role Name: Marketing Generalist Hourly Rate: USD 5 Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 20 hours Schedule: Flexible within 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST Work Arrangement: Work from home Side Note: Since this is a permanent work‑from‑home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and depend on your performance during the application process. Position Overview The Marketing Generalist will serve as the driving force behind an integrated digital marketing strategy that connects every touchpoint of the customer journey. This isn’t just another social media role—you’ll own the technical side of email automation, strategize campaigns that convert, and ensure the entire digital ecosystem functions seamlessly. You’ll balance creative content creation with technical implementation to help grow a brand that values both creativity and data‑driven marketing. Key Responsibilities Build and manage sophisticated automated email flows and segmentation strategies in Klaviyo Develop strategic email campaigns that nurture customer relationships and drive conversions Create engaging social media content aligned with overall marketing strategies Maintain and optimize Shopify store listings for up-to-date product information and smooth user experience Execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and e‑commerce channels Balance creative content development with technical marketing automation implementation Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data‑driven insights Coordinate efforts across multiple platforms to create cohesive customer experiences Requirements Proven hands‑on experience with Klaviyo email marketing (segmentation & automation) Demonstrated experience managing and optimizing Shopify e‑commerce platforms Strong digital marketing background with measurable results Skilled in content creation for both social media and email campaigns Ability to think strategically while executing detailed technical tasks Experience managing integrated digital marketing ecosystems across multiple channels Bonus: Graphic design skills or experience with other e‑commerce platforms Preferred: Experience in food, beverage, or lifestyle product industries Why Join This Team?
