Role Overview The Marketing Assistant will support the Marketing Coordinator in executing brand strategies, managing social media channels, and assisting with creative content production. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple brands and industries. Manage and schedule content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). Create basic graphic and video content using Canva and CapCut for social media, email marketing, and promotional materials. Support content creation including captions, blog posts, newsletters, product descriptions, and short‑form videos. Monitor social media engagement and provide performance reports. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support campaign planning. Help organize promotional events, product launches, and brand activations. Maintain marketing calendars and ensure alignment across brand teams. Assist with administrative tasks such as budget tracking, invoice processing, and meeting coordination. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or administrative support (internships welcome). Proven experience in content creation for digital platforms. Proficiency in Canva and CapCut for basic design and video editing. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later). Basic understanding of marketing analytics and reporting. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively across multiple projects. Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
