Social Media Posts: Platform‑specific content that educates and engages across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more. Email Campaigns: Drip sequences, newsletters, and partner communications that nurture leads and drive engagement. Video Scripts: Scripts and storyboards for testimonials, explainers, and educational shorts. Sales & Partner Assets: One‑pages, presentations, and case studies that support business development and co‑marketing. First‑time homebuyers Realtors and lenders Community organizations Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to boost organic visibility. Continuously monitor and optimize content based on performance data. Maintain a cohesive brand tone across all content assets, ensuring clarity, empathy, and trustworthiness. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field.
